•Al Noud Collection reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds on all orders.

•Only items damaged during shipment may be considered for review, on a case-by-case basis.

•In such cases, you must submit your claim via email ([email protected]) within 24 hours of receiving your package. Claims submitted after this timeframe will not be accepted.

•Al Noud Collection also reserves the right to cancel any order placed on our website at its sole discretion, without prior notice or liability.

•We offer exchanges only for ready-to-wear items, provided the requested size is available in stock.

•Customers are responsible for paying all delivery costs associated with the exchange.

•An exchange will only be confirmed once you receive an official confirmation email from us stating that the requested item is available. Submitting a request does not guarantee availability.

 

•International Orders (outside the UAE): Customers must cover the shipping fees for returning the original item and for sending the replacement. Fees will be calculated at checkout.

•Customized Items: Products with alterations (size adjustments, length changes, added buttons, embroidery, or any personalized modification) are not eligible for return or exchange.

•Number of Exchanges Allowed: Each order can be exchanged up to two times only. No further exchanges will be accepted after the second request.

•Timeframe: Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order via email ([email protected]). Requests after this period will not be accepted.

•Sale or Discounted Items: Sale items or discounted purchases are not eligible for exchange. If exchanged, any price difference between the discounted and current price must be paid by the customer.

•Price Differences: If an exchange is made for an item of lesser value, the price difference is non-refundable.

يتحمل العميل كافة تكاليف الشحن والتوصيل الخاصة بعملية الاستبدال

لا يتم تأكيد الاستبدال إلا بعد إرسال بريد إلكتروني رسمي من قبلنا يؤكد توفر المنتج المطلوب. تقديم الطلب لا يعني ضمان توفر المنتج

 

للطلبات الدولية (خارج الإمارات): يتحمل العميل رسوم شحن إرجاع المنتج الأول ورسوم شحن إرسال المنتج الجديد

المنتجات المخصصة: أي تعديل على المنتج (مثل تعديل المقاس، الطول، إضافة أزرار أو تطريز) يجعل المنتج غير مؤهل للاستبدال أو الاسترجاع

عدد مرات الاستبدال: يُسمح لكل طلب بحد أقصى مرتين للاستبدال فقط، ولا يتم قبول أي طلب بعد ذلك

الإطار الزمني: يجب تقديم طلب الاستبدال خلال 48 ساعة من استلام المنتج عبر البريد الإلكتروني ([email protected]). بعد انقضاء هذه المدة، لن يتم قبول أي طلبات

العروض والتخفيضات: المنتجات المخفضة أو المشتراة باستخدام كوبون خصم غير قابلة للاستبدال. في حال الاستبدال، يجب على العميل دفع فروق الأسعار بين السعر الحالي وسعر التخفيض

فرق السعر: في حال تم استبدال المنتج بمنتج أقل سعراً، فإن فرق السعر غير قابل للاسترجاع
